A delicately crafted booklet giving historical and cultural context for a new development in Parnell Auckland featuring with five intelligently designed urban sanctuaries designed by Isthmus and Winton. Renowned architectural photographer Simon Devitt was asked to capture the built heritage in the wider area for the publication and to be displayed as limited edition prints inside the new apartments. This carefully orchestrated publication design integrates bespoke plan views, material palettes into the design together with the photography. The layout elegantly positions these new luxury dwellings as creative residencies where inspiration can be drawn from a life within its rich historic surroundings.
